The Quote Desk

Send the route. Get the plan in writing.

A good quote starts with the actual itinerary: route, timing, passengers, luggage, vehicle fit, and stops.

01

Reserve online

Review before confirming.

This site uses the Detailed Drivers reservation form. Enter the itinerary and review the vehicle, complete price and terms before confirming. Opening the form does not reserve a car.

If the embedded form does not load, open the reservation provider. For a custom itinerary, send the brief below and request written terms.

03

Contact

Send the itinerary by email.

Email info@blackcarservicelongisland.com with the route, date, pickup time, passenger count, luggage, vehicle preference, and any stops. Request a written response confirming the itinerary, vehicle, price and terms. Sending an email is not a confirmed reservation.

RATES

Published hourly minimums

Use these starting rates to plan before requesting a quote.

Hourly hire has a three-hour minimum. Hourly displays and complete-duration estimates are rounded separately; use the estimate for the whole booking, rather than multiplying the hourly display.

Executive Sedan

$120/hour displayed
Estimated $360 for three hours

Luxury SUV

$150/hour displayed
Estimated $440 for three hours

Mercedes-Benz S-Class

$230/hour displayed
Estimated $690 for three hours

Mercedes-Benz Sprinter

$240/hour displayed
Estimated $710 for three hours

Direct transfers are quoted separately. Sedan and SUV point-to-point minimums are $130 and $160; these are not fares for any particular airport or town. Confirm the complete route, stops, waiting, fees and vehicle in the written quote.

FAQ

Questions before the quote

Answers to common booking questions.

What happens after I send my itinerary?

Ask the reservation desk to confirm the requested route, timing, vehicle and written quote. An email or form load is not a confirmed reservation.

How do I approve the reservation?

Review the complete price and applicable terms before confirming through the provider. Keep the resulting confirmation and check that the itinerary matches your request.

When should I request a revised quote?

If the route, date, vehicle, passenger count, luggage, stops or held time changes, request an updated written quote and confirmation before relying on the original total.
